Anya Taylor Joy, a half-Spanish, half-English woman was born on April 16th, 1996, in Miami Florida. Dennis Alan Taylor was a former Banker. Jennifer Marina Joy worked as a Psychotherapist. His father is an Argentine and has Scottish as well as English heritage. Her mother has Spanish as well as English heritage. She was the first born of a clan that included six children. Four of her siblings are from her previous marriage to Taylor's dad. They lived in Buenos Aires until she was six then relocated to the Victoria part in London. According to Taylor-Joy, the removal was extremely difficult for her and she refused to learn English to the hope of returning to Argentina. Her school had to change between Northlands to Hill House. After that, she went to Queen's Gate School in London, where she took ballet classes as well as participated in drama productions. When she was 16, she quit school in order to pursue acting as a career. Taylor-Joy was born to be an actress from a very young age. Her dreams were realized after Sarah Doukas, the founder of Storm Management offered her a modelling job.
